Welcome to Rayz Collections ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website (the term “website” includes and denotes our facebook/Instagram page and profiles), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our website and facebook page or profile, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or page or profile.
1.2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our website and purchase products.
3. Products and Services
3.1. Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.
3.2. Pricing: All prices are listed/mentioned in INR and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout or the time of order placement via WhatsApp.
3.3. Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, to discontinue products, or to refuse any order for any reason.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1. Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
4.2. Payment Methods: We accept online payment methods like UPI and NEFT. Full Payment must be received before your order is processed.
4.3. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive order confirmation via WhatsApp.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping Policy: We ship to India wide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method or carrier chosen. A tracking number would be provided once we ship the product. You may want to track your order via respective carrier website.
5.2. Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time mentioned at the time of purchase. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Return Policy: We DO NOT have a return or refund policy.
6.2. Exception: Though we thoroughly check our products prior to shipping, still if you recieve any disputed product, only in that scenario you are eligible for a return and refund.
6.2. Conditions for Return: Unedited and Uncut video of package opening after you receive your product is a MUST to claim the dispute. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. You need to take the responsibility of shipping the product back to the mentioned address of our store. A tracking number must be shared with us.
6.3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership: All content on our website, facebook and Instagram page, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rayz Collections and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2. Use of Content: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any content from our website without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. No Warranty: Our website and products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
8.2. Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
